We work on setting achievable goals, and creating internal accountability, and building healthy habits. Once something is a habit, it becomes easier. Couple that with a group environment full of like-minded people, striving for the same goal, means staying on track is much easier than going it alone.
As well as setting goals, new topics are discussed each Month around the subject of health and fitness. Members are given the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and knowledge with the group.
This group is completely free to attend and open to any adults who live with diabetes and want to learn more about exercise and nutrition. People with all levels of expertise and knowledge are welcome.
